Conveniently and securely pay your bill using your VISA, Mastercard, Discover or American Express with no additional fees. A receipt will be emailed to the address you enter when making payment. We contract with most major insurance carriers in our region. Below is a general list of insurance carriers we accept. This list is not all-inclusive and is subject to change. We do not accept vision plans. Always bring along your insurance card for each appointment.
Even though we work with these carriers, your policy may have coverage restrictions such as network, referral or prior authorization requirements. To find out the specific details of your insurance plan, please call the customer service number on the back of your insurance card.
